A: Yes, this is an accessory that can be purchased separately and installed onto your line. 

Q: Will I need to provide an accumulation tray or spur conveyor?

A: Thompson Scale can provide a custom sized accumulation tray for your product. If needed, we can add a spur conveyor as an added option upon initial ordering. The customer also has the option to include their own, which can be discussed during the approval process.

Q: When rejecting, will the product be damaged?

A: Depending on several variables (conveyor speed, product weight, swing speed), your product will more than likely remain unharmed. This is also a factor we talk about during initial discussions.

Q: Does Thompson Scale offer installation?

A: In most cases, we offer an installation/startup service package. This service is always offered when ordering a system from us. If you are only ordering an accessory, we will include installation instructions.

Q: Does the Swing Arm Diverter come with a warranty?

A: Like with everything we sell, our product comes with a standard warranty which will be included with your invoice.
