861 Industrial Protocol Converter

Our line of industrial protocol converters are designed for use with the Model 5511 and 6611 Universal Scale Controllers.  We offer several protocols, including:  EIP (Allen-Bradley), Profibus, and Modbus.  New protocols are being added, so please check with us about your specific needs.

The EIP version protocol converter provides 100% integration into the 5511 and 6611 controller interface.  We provide complete access to configuration settings, calibration settings and errors, and recipe creation and editing.  Machine status is also provided, eliminating the need for hard I/O connections to the controller.  Several HMI screens can be provided as examples, to assist the programmer with screen creations. 

Depending upon the depth of integration you provide, we can eliminate the 5511/6611 touch screen, using your HMI to manage all functionality of the controller.
