Fully integrated controller for operating your fill-by-weight packaging machinery or in-motion scale, as an addition to a new machine, or upgrade to existing controls.  Source 85-230VAC single-phase power connection, 24VDC I/O.  8 outputs per channel, 8 inputs per channel

Scale function, I/O, color HMI and built-in Ethernet port make the 5511 the best choice for running your filling or checkweighing application.  Field-tested programs with all the right sequencing for all of the following equipment reside in the 5511’s memory:

• Gross filler; auger, air, impeller, open-mouth – up to 4 spouts & includes traffic control
• Net weigh fillers – up to 4 scale buckets
• Bulk bag fillers
• Bulk box, bag-in-box fillers
• Liquid drum filler
• In-motion checkweigher, stop-motion, manifest, and dual target checkweighers
