STPR Package

Thompson Scale's STPR (Statistical Production Reporting Package) automatically collects data on each weighed product, printing out a detailed unit weight listing and summary report. Unit weight listings can be turned off while still retaining data for summary reports.

STPR includes a driver program for the 4693 filler controller, a serial converter enclosure, and an Okidata dot matrix printer that accepts standard tractor feed paper. STPR can transmit data up to 1/4 mile, so the printer can be placed in any convenient office environment away from the filler or checkweigher. The sample listing below shows a typical production run on 500 Lbs. drums. Important data such as time, date, unit count, Gross, Net, Tare, and total accumulated weight are displayed. Summary reports provide you, Quality Control personnel, and your end user critical data such as average unit weight, total units in production run, total accumulated weight, and product I.D. information.
