StatPak-PC is a totally integrated software suite designed for the real-time collection, viewing, and reporting of weight data generated by a variety of production scale systems. Production scales such as in-motion checkweighers, static check scales, and fill-by-weight packaging machinery can be easily integrated into StatPak-PC. Weight data is collected through a standard serial port on a host PC, with a variety of converters and multiplexers available to allow connection of up to 64 multiple scale nodes to a single serial port on your computer.

StatPak-PC is comprised of three modules; data logging, data viewing, and production and statistical analysis reporting. It does not require the use of other programs, such as database or spreadsheet programs, and runs on a variety of Windows based computer systems, including Win98, Win2000, and NT. Data collected by StatPak-PC can be shared with a wide variety of other programs, including Access, Oracle, and SQL Server. This allows the customer to share data throughout their company, and to generate additional reports and analyses based upon this data. Features such as report sharing via e-mail or internet, printing to system network printers, and data compression and repair functions within StatPak-PC make this a full-featured product with maximum flexibility.

The StatPak-PC program is capable of connecting to virtually any production scale controller that transmits a unit weight value as a single packet of data (not a continuous stream of data). Connection of up to 64 unrelated and individual scales and simultaneously collecting weight data from all scales and storing their data in individual databases within the program makes this the most powerful data collection tool on the market.
