Data Logging and Reporting Software

Click on Image to Enlarge Thompson Scale offers two software packages for you to keep track of all of the packages that cross your weight scale.

STPR Package - Statistical Production Reporting Package (STPR) which automatically collects data on each weighed product, printing out a detailed unit weight listing and summary report. Unit weight listings can be turned off while still retaining data for summary reports.

StatPak-PC provides powerful data collection, reporting, recipe management, and analysis tools to improve the efficiency and production of manufacturing environments. This software system allows users to easily view production data on a PC. Production scales such as in-motion checkweighers, static check scales, and fill-by-weight packaging machinery can be easily integrated into StatPak-PC. Weight data is collected through a standard serial port on a host PC, with a variety of converters and multiplexers available to allow connection of up to 64 multiple scale nodes to a single serial port on your computer.
