Filler Upgrade Questionnaire

Thompson Scale Company has provided two versions of our questionnaire for this equipment.

The short-form questionnaire lets you provide us with some very basic information, and should be used to initiate a request for further information on this particular product.

The long-form questionnaire provides Thompson Scale Company with enough information to present a formal proposal for our equipment to meet your detailed specifications.

In either case, Thompson Scale Company will respond quickly to your request, and will provide your company with adequate information on our products to allow you to make an informed decision.
