stations, many custom, all built to meet the exacting needs of the individual customer.The Model 4693 Controller has successfully combined these many years of experience with state-of-the-art electronics, offering a totally integrated, high-end filler controller to the packaging industry. The 4693 Universal Filler Controller combines the weight display and noise filtering features of a standard weigh meter with the sequencing and I/O features typically found in PLCs. Scale capacities range up to 10,000 Lbs., and up to 32 I/O are available. The modular card rack design of the controller allows for a wide variety of system configurations, including multiple scale applications and the addition of serial input/output ports. Room for 75 unique product setups is standard, as well as a totally menu driven system that "walks" the operator through every step of configuration, calibration, and product setup. Menus for many programs are selectable in either English or Spanish! Standard I/O sequences are provided for a variety of filling applications, so there is little need for special programming or confusing system configurations. The technical staff at Thompson Scale will pre-configure most of your system needs, and custom programming is available at a very reasonable charge.
